CONDITIONS GENERAL AND INSTRUCTIONS:
Competitors who don't have PEC Enrollment are not qualified to apply for the post of Junior Designers (Electrical) at Sr. 01. For senior positions, the age limit is 33. 1 and 2, and the senior positions have a 30 year age limit. 3 and 4 for the senior positions (no age relaxation will be allowed for disabled applicants per the rules). 1 to 4. For the positions of Sr., the age limit is 30 years, though the rules allow for a 10-year age relaxation for disabled individuals. 5 to 29.
The Disability Certificate issued by the Assessment Board for the Disabled, the City, District, or Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons must be attached or uploaded by candidates. The Assessment Board for the Disabled, the City/District, or the Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons must have determined that the candidates are "Fit to Work."
Candidates who have been chosen will be allowed to join if they present a Medical Fitness Certificate from the WAPDA Hospital in Gujranwala. In this certificate, only the nature of the disability that is listed in the Disability Certificate will be relaxed in accordance with the rules. The aforementioned appointments will be made on a contract basis and will never be made permanent.
Candidates who are currently employed by a government, semi-government, or autonomous public organization may submit an application via the appropriate channels with a letterhead NOC from their department. Candidates can only apply if they have completed all of the necessary Qualifications. Candidates who have not received their final transcript, degree, certificate of domicile, or any other certificates as of the application deadline will not be considered. Candidates who are still waiting for their results cannot apply.
At the time of the interview, candidates will be required to present all original documents, including the NOC for in-service candidates, for evaluation before being declared eligible. GEPCO reserves the right, without providing a justification, to either increase or decrease the number of positions filled or to suspend or terminate the entire recruitment process. The Written Test will only be open to qualified or eligible candidates. Just shortlisted competitors falling inside merit according to the arrangements of relevant GEPCO Business Strategy, will be called for Interview.
Any candidate who conceals or misrepresents facts at any stage will be disqualified from the current recruitment as well as from any and all future GEPCO tests and examinations. The authority issuing each certificate, diploma, degree, domicile, and other document must be verified. In the event that false or forged documents are submitted, the job offer will be withdrawn immediately, and the salaries that have been paid will be recovered in addition to the filing of an FIR.
Depending on the requirements imposed by the company, the selected candidates may be posted anywhere within GEPCO's jurisdiction. For the first three (03) years, candidates will be recruited and hired on a one-time salary that can be extended with good performance. In accordance with the criteria, recruitment will be carried out through M/S National Testing Service (NTS). Candidates must be able to use a computer (MS Office, Excel, Windows, Internet, and email, among others). Sr. for the positions 01 to 25.
Candidates will not be allowed to bring any TA or DA to the test or interview. Applications that are incomplete, contain incorrect information, or are received after the deadline will not be considered. GEPCO and M/S National Testing Service (NTS) will not be obligated if applications are submitted late via courier service.
At the time of the interview or joining of service, the candidate is required to present both the original documents and one set of attested photocopies. Candidates can get in touch with M/S National Testing Service (NTS) if they have any questions about the written exam. They can also see the provisional and final list of candidates and their Roll No. slips, centers for tests, results, etc.
In the test center's premises, mobile phones will not be permitted.
Employees who have been fired or screened out of any organization or who have a criminal record cannot work for GEPCO. No candidate will be selected unless the candidates' character and antecedents have been cleared by the agencies or police. M/S NTS will handle any litigation relating to recruitment tests it conducts at its own level.
Candidates who have previously applied for any of the aforementioned positions should submit a new application form in accordance with the aforementioned instructions.
