Fazaia Schools and Colleges is a chain of 38 educational institutions dedicated to imparting quality education to the children of PAF personnel and civilians residing in the vicinity of PAF Bases/formations. The institutions offer education from Prep to Intermediate level and also offer GCE 'O' Level programme at select institutions. The academic session commences in April and concludes in March every year. Fazaia institutions are affiliated, with Federal Board of Intermediate, and Secondary Education as well as Boards, of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, etc.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at Fazaia Schools and Colleges Islamabad. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operations including academic planning and development, budget management, student discipline, teacher training and development, and community outreach. The Principal will work closely with faculty and staff to develop and implement strategies to improve student achievement and drive excellence in education.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an educator, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Thorough knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Experience with budget management
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and community stakeholders
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
