Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cadet College Jobs In Kashmir Pak Army at Cadet College Karampur Azad Kashmir located in Muzaffarabad. The Cadet College Jobs In Kashmir Pak Army will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with military training. As a member of the team, you will work to mentor and teach cadets with responsibilities ranging from academic subjects and military drills to sports and outdoor activities. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and contribute to their leadership development.
Qualifications
- Military experience with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in training and sales a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: An understanding of the cadet college system and an ability to empathize with cadets, previous experience as a teacher or mentor, and proficiency in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and rock climbing.
