Role Description

2. Employees of Federal Government or Semi-Government and Federal Government or Provincial Government Autonomous Institutions and Local Bodies are not entitled to age relaxation for the period of their service in such institutions.
3. If a candidate claims that his qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, he should submit his foreign/local qualification equivalency certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C) or Eligibility Equivalence Determination Committee. will be needed. (Q.E.D.C) of the concerned department which will be accepted as final by the Commission at the time of interview or whenever asked by the Commission. If a candidate fails to submit the equivalence certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of the interview or whenever asked by the Commission, his/her candidature will be canceled.
4. If a candidate claims experience of a private firm/entity, he/she should bring proof at the time of interview that the firm/entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory authority, otherwise In case the application will be rejected. The candidate must provide proof of registration showing that the concerned private body had the status of a registered body during the period of experience claimed by the candidate.
5. In-service candidates while applying for specific posts shall ensure that they have applied for NOC/DPC from their respective departments and shall provide the same at the time of interview (if called).
6. Candidates while applying for the specified posts shall ensure that they have obtained/applied for a registration certificate from PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other concerned regulatory body on or before the last date. And they will provide it at that time. Interview time (if called).
7. Candidates should ensure that at the time of interview, they provide marks obtained / total marks or percentage certificate of all degrees, issued by competent authority. CGPA is not acceptable.
8. Any information shared by anyone other than the PPSC website is not authentic. Therefore, candidates should not rely on any such information.
9. Short Hand Test and Typing and Proficiency Test, if required, will be conducted at Lahore only.
10. In case of change (increase/decrease) in the number of posts by the concerned department, no fresh applications will be invited.
