Role Description
"This is a full-time, on-site role for an R&S Government Job Opportunities Specialist located in Islamabad. The role will require the specialist to research and communicate with local government officials and public sector representatives to identify potential job opportunities. The specialist should possess strong analytical skills to determine the feasibility of such opportunities, and the communication skills to negotiate and secure them."
Qualifications
- 1.Experience in government relations and local government.
- 2.Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
- 3.Strong analytical skills to assess the viability of job opportunities.
- 4.Knowledge of the public sector and its policies and procedures.
- 5.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field.
- 6.Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition is a plus.
- 7.Fluency in English and Urdu is required, and knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
